Do not patronize this place ! I confirmed my appointment on Tuesday for a Thursday appointment. I get a call Thursday morning at 10 stating that there was a problem with his insurance. . even though I confirmed Tuesday. I took the day off of work and couldn’t even get a courtesy call the day before. Then I get insurance Nazi with an attitude in the back. Then they tell me it will be 3 weeks until the next available appointment even though my son is in pain and can’t eat. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional and I’m disgusted at the lack of communication and respect for their patients.

I have already been in contact with the ADA about their despicable conduct. Oh. . and then they tried to spring a surprise after the fact bill on me for $200 with zero explanation. Clowns! And I knew for sure they would not respond. . they only respond to 5 star reviews instead of actually addressing their myriad of problems

I came here to get a root canal and I was super nervous. The specialist who did my root canal was so nice and attentive and really helped me calm down. The procedure was very quick and he answered all of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Also, Kathy in reception is so incredibly sweet and awesome! She delivered the best customer service.

I recently visited a new dental office after my husband had visited first. He raved about his experience. I wasn’t sure about going to a new dentist office since I had been going to mine for years but our insurance changed and they no longer covered. So I gave them a shot. And I must say that I was surely impressed!! I had probably one of the best and informative dental appointment I think I have ever had!! The employees, dental hygienist and doctor were all amazing and so nice.

They were all very knowledgeable and honest about my teeth. The appointment provided me more information about my teeth than I have ever received!! I left there feeling like I had choices and not forced to do a bunch of things that most places would say I have to do. My teeth are not bad by any means, but I still feel like I was informed and not pressured. I had a wonderful first experience and look forward to going back!
