THE MANAGER HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!!!!!!! MY SON HAD HIS BRACES PUT ON HERE FOR A DECENT PRICE BUT THEY PENNY PITCH EVERY THING. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE TREATING DOCTOR. DONT COME HERE MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE ONCE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY!!!!

Very satisfied with the service provided. I went to the orthodontist just across the street called shining smiles first and the dentist turned me away for braces because he felt that I wouldn’t take care of them because I’m young with back molars missing. Fast forward to me coming to Sonrisa a week later and my doctor telling me everything I needed she asked me my background and didn’t judge me.

She presented a treatment plan and on the plus side of listening she is affordable. On top of all that she is a black woman and I love when people like me advocate and do for us when others will NOT,

Been coming here since I was a kid, got my braces done here (not a great experience) came back 4 years later to get my retainer fixed (that they put on) and they still charged me??? To fix what they did??? I tried going somewhere else but every other place I called said they should fix it for free since I originally got it done here. Even when I had braces and was coming regularly they’ve always been money hungry.

Claim to be “affordable” but will penny pinch any chance they get. Edit: it was suppose to be no charge, the receptionist when I was leaving said it should be no charge but let me check and when she came back from talking to the doctor magically I had to be charged (not mad at the receptionist she was very sweet and apologetic) but it says something that your own workers knew I shouldn’t have been charged
