Great customer service walking in. Front desk and dental assistants were great with my daughters. Dr. Najjar was great with both my daughters. I’ve heard great things about Dr. Jones, will be bringing in my oldest for an ortho consult soon!

I came in as a new patient over a year ago and was told I need a deep cleaning and cavities filled, but I would need a prior authorization from my insurance. I got zero work done except x-rays, and they told me they would fix my cavities when I got my deep cleaning, which I understood. I was told to wait for them to call me for when the insurance approved my deep cleaning, and if I didn't hear from them in 2 weeks, for me to call them. I never got a call back.

I waited over 2 weeks and decided to call, and the woman who answered the phone told me that they would call me when they got the approval. I tried to explain to her that it's been over 2 weeks, and I was instructed to call, and she just repeated to me that they would call me. Obviously, it's been over a year, and I haven't gotten a call back.

Have been bringing my kids here for years. Sometimes it's a headache getting an appt, but other than that I feel they are most soft & gentle with the kids. My son started his Orthodontist journey here too. It's been about a year & a half, he loves her.

He won't complain at all when I tell him it's appt time. DR Johnes is very professional, sweet & informative. His only negative is a specific nurse, so he always wants to request Bianca, she's so gentle & won't hurt him.

I absolutely love this place! My daughter has had braces for 1 year and four months and the progress is amazing! The orthodontist is so sweet and really cares about her patients. She very informative and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing her every visit. The staff is great and the environment is very neat and clean.
