I have been seeing Dr Kitts for at least 30 years, since I was a very small child and he was still at the previous office location. Even when I was living in another state, I timed my dentist appointments for my visits back to WA when possible. You cannot find a better dentist. The new office is very well equipped with the latest tech.

The team is fantastic - typically I see Brett. I've never had a negative experience, not even when I was a little kid.

I would not recommend this dental office due to repeated issues with the front office staff. They are consistently rude and often provide conflicting or incorrect information. Depending on who you speak with, you’ll get a different answer — which is incredibly frustrating. Their billing practices are a mess. I once received a bill, only to get a refund four months later with no clear explanation.

At my last visit, they scheduled my next appointment and even sent a reminder. I arrived 10 minutes early, and upon checking in, mentioned my insurance had changed. I was then told I’d have to pay out-of-pocket because billing wouldn’t have time to verify my coverage — something that could have easily been addressed before the appointment. I had taken time off work, only to be rescheduled without any concern from the staff. This isn't just my experience — my husband, son, and his caregiver have all had similar issues with this office.

We’ve all moved on to a new dental office and are much happier with the professionalism and respect shown there. I'm not sure if Dr. Kitt is aware of how poorly his front office represents his practice, but unfortunately, he’s lost four patients from one household.

My family and I have been going to Sound Family Dental for many years now. The team there has always been friendly, and care given has been the best. The one time that there was a concern Dr. Kitts was not immediately available so we were referred to Dr. Steven Kitts, and the problem was resolved. My whole family is confident that we are getting very good dental care. Thank you.

Don't understand the reason for the bad reviews. This is hands down the best dentist I've ever gone to. In fact, my wife and I like this dentist so much, we now drive an hour to go to them for dental appointments after we moved to Redmond in 2022. Dr. Kitt and all the hygienists I've interacted with have excellent bedside manners and are extremely thorough during cleaning sessions.
