I neglected going to the dentist in over three years, partly due to the pandemic and partly because I lost insurance coverage during that time. Because of the long gap in my dental care, was a bit nervous going into my first appointment at South Ancaster Family Dental. Thankfully, the process for booking the appointment was swiftly handled by the kind receptionist, Rachelle. She took my insurance details set up direct billing through a simple intake form. This set-up is far more convenient than having to pay after every appointment and apply for reimbursement from my insurance company.

I used to find the payment process more hassle than it was worth. Now, I feel like I can set up appointments worrying about the payment! The intake appointment was very thorough. First, I received a meticulous cleaning. Then, Dr. Dam performed x-rays and a thorough dental exam.

I received helpful advice regarding flossing and brushing which I had never heard from other dentists. She had a non-judgemental attitude toward oral health that encouraged me to improve my habits after our interaction. I have never been so consistent with flossing after my first appointment here! I look forward to future dentist appointments at South Ancaster Family Dental. I thank Dr. Dam, Rachelle, and the rest of the team for creating a positive, comfortable environment!

Absolutely amazing dental clinic. This dentist went above and beyond to meet my needs! The staff are lovely and made me very comfortable. Beautiful building, and awesome location. I’ve had a tooth that has been bothering me for a while.

As soon as the dentist saw my teeth, he spotted the issue and fixed it the same day. I feel so much relief, my teeth feel better than ever. Thank you so much South Ancaster Dental. Would definitely recommend!

A1 dental experience! When you speak with Dr. Wallace, you feel like you're really being listened to and heard. He is very patient and explains everything thoroughly and in an understandable way. I feel secure in my belief that Dr. Wallace is a competent dentist who pays careful attention to detail.

The office itself is one of the nicest - if not *the* nicest - dental offices I've seen (there's a relaxing vibe and it is not intimidating). Sujana, my Hygienist, is very friendly and she accomplished what might have been my most pleasant dental cleaning experience (that's saying something!). Rachelle, the face of South Ancaster Family Dental, is genuinely kind and friendly and it is always a pleasure interacting with her. At this dental practice, I feel right at home. Thank you, team!
