I went here to get a root canal and I was a walk in and didn't wait long at all they were wonderful ,I have no pain at at all ,they made me very comfortable and answered all of my questions .They are so very friendly and the service was fast . I recommend them you won't regret it

I had an appointment scheduled today for a routine cleaning as a new patient. There was someone in the lobby with the same last name as me. A dentist came to grab me for my appointment 30 minutes after my arrival. She started to numb my gums. Once I noticed the needle I asked her what was the need to numb me for a cleaning. She told me I was getting a crown- I WAS NOT.

She had mixed me up with the young lady waiting along with me. No conversation, no greeting, no background on any previous visits at my previous dentist 3 months ago- NOTHING. I immediately told them that it was okay and I asked to cancel my appointment. That is not safe nor acceptable. Back on my search for another dentist but this time it just won’t be in SE.
