I was greeted with kind pleasantries and smiles, which can sometimes be just what you need . My visit was handled with great care, ease and respect. Teda made sure that my chair was adjusted perfectly to lessen the chance of gagging while cleaning. Thanks a whole heap!!!I really appreciated the care that I received and the thorough treatment .

Never had such a great experience at a doctor’s office. Dr. Haile and his staff were exceptional. I could not say enough about the practice, very professional, treatment plan discussed throughly, billing charges explained, and being that i feel anxious when I do to the dentist, I felt very comfortable.

Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional, performing their job with respect and caring. My dental hygienist, Kelly, was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and has a great "touch". Kudos to Dr Faile!! Great dentist! And the young lady at the front desk" sorry didn't get her name" was so sweet and couteous!!

They are great in all aspects from the ladies working with scheduling and billing, the Dentist, to my hygienist Teda! My teeth look great! All tea stains completely gone! I would 100% recommend South Lake Family dental to anyone who is looking for a new Dental Provider!!!
