Took my daughter there they came across as very friendly, but during the procedure ( gum grafting) the numbness wore off & it was very painful for her. I was made to pay partly up front then had to "fight" them to get my money back, they cashed the insurance check but keep claiming that they never received it. I do Not recommend this place at all!!

Although the provider did a decent job on my dental work. If you are out of network know that you will be responsible for the full bill. I went there in need of a periodontist and like I said she did a good job, however I asked every question i could and let the front desk know that I was out of network. They said that they accepted out of network benefits when asked before the surgery. . . however after the surgery they charged me for the remainder of the amount ( balance bill ) that they insurance didn't cover. . the amount she said previously that they would not bill me for.

My error, I didn't get it in writing. However know if you come to this office you better have in network benefits. . . otherwise you pay full price. . Be cheaper to drive to columbus to in network, than get a surprise bill after the surgery. I will pay it off, However highly unhappy I wasn't told the truth from the beginning.

Everyone at the office is very efficient, friendly, and thorough. I always get a text before my procedure reminding me of my appointment time and any copay or amount not covered by my insurance. I have been getting treatment here for 2 years and have never once had a surprise with billing. Dr Hamal is friendly and great at what she does. She informs you of work you need and comes up with a treatment plan.

Robert at the front desk is great. Melody, the hygienist, is very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this office if you need a periodontist.
