If I could rate both the office, the staff, and the overall dental experience with more than five stars, I absolutely would! I have severe dental anxiety, and every single person I spoke to over the phone and saw in person was incredibly gracious, kind, bubbly, and understanding. I initially went in for a semi-emergent dental situation as a new patient looking to switch from another practice, and Dr. Patel and Ashley immediately put me at ease. The process was painless (even without numbing agents! He’s that good!) and quick, and Dr. Patel talked me through everything he was doing, and was apologetic for causing any amount of potential discomfort, not sure I’ve ever had a dentist so kind! I came back the following day for a routine cleaning with Trisha and I kid you not, it was the most painless, gentle, and thorough exam and cleaning I’d ever had.

Trisha was so kind, understanding and just fantastic at her craft! She explained everything, and answered all of my questions enthusiastically. She was absolutely wonderful and made what is usually a fearful situation for me, a pleasant one. Dr. Lupini was the dentist checking everything out, and he was incredibly kind, gentle, and approachable - very similar to Dr. Patel.

Just fantastic bedside manner from both doctors, and I can’t be more grateful to them. I truly cannot recommend this office enough - especially if you have dental anxiety or fears. This entire team put me at ease, and took things at my pace when needed. Truly, the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I am so grateful to be a patient of Southshore Dental! 1000+ stars! Thank you so much for being so wonderful.

Dr. Patel did an amazing job with my veneers. I was in an accident years ago and needed some cosmetic work done. He was very careful and detailed, making sure I was happy with my results. The staff are also very personable and made me feel welcome. I didn’t feel like a stranger. The veneers are perfect. Thank you!!

My experience today with Dr. Patel was the best dental experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, everything was quick, efficient, and completely pain-free. Dr. Patel was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions with patience and clarity.

The numbing medication he used worked perfectly—there was no discomfort during the procedure, and best of all, it wore off quickly afterward without that lingering numbness I’ve experienced in the past. The entire process was surprisingly fast, yet Dr. Patel was very thorough and attentive to detail. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the quality of his work and the comfort of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Patel for anyone looking for professional, pain-free dental care in a welcoming environment!
