Hello, To be frank, I would never recommend your business to anyone, given the care experiences that I have had from the organization as a whole. Staff rarely answer the phone, to begin with, and even more rarely ever call back if a voicemail is left. My doctor didn’t show up to my last appointment and, as a result, I never got to have my scheduled X-Rays. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to have a makeup date to come in and get them. I just never got to get them. Also, I’ve been informed, each of the last two weeks, that my doctor wasn’t going to be available the day of my visit.

No advanced notice was given, which clearly shows a lack of protectiveness on the staff to then be notified of this only a few hours before my actual appointment. I’m addition to that, no one in the organization was willing to be flexible to see me, even though the organization has been a significant inconvenience and disappointment over the last few months. The idea that there is a wait list with the organization, for altered appointment times and dates is also a joke. I was told multiple months ago that I would be put on a waitlist to see the doctor only to never get a call. Yet, ironically, when I was cancelled on by my doctor, there just happen to be an open 6pm time slot the following week. When I asked the women about that, she said that it was possible because they had been slow for awhile.

Well, if you’ve been slow for awhile, then why did no one ever call me for a sooner appointment??? Terrible service and absolutely no attention to customer and patient care. Zero stars and would never recommend. -Mark B.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. I’ve been going there for 3-4 years and in the last year my experience there has been very poor. There were three incidents, with the most recent one the office being closed at the time of my appointment.

Thought it was strange that I didn’t get their typical phone call the day before as a reminder but then I got the automated text asking about how my appointment was so I was obviously still on the books. I was informed there were no dental hygienists anymore and my appointment was for a routine teeth cleaning.

Not sure what has been going on at this office. My scheduled appointment was cancelled due to the dentist needing to be out for the day. . . things happen and I understand that. I called a few days later to reschedule and had to leave a voicemail.

No response. The following week, I left another voicemail. No response. If things are going on at the office, it would at least be considerate to communicate with existing patients. I now need to find a new office

I had a pleasant experience at Southshore Dental. Dr. Warner and his staff are always polite and I enjoy going. Been a patient for many years and always had a great experience. Staff has always communicated well. Looking forward to my next cleaning!
