I DO NOT CURRENTLY RECOMMEND. THEY ARE A JOKE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

My wife got dentures here big mistake, the bottoms left sore on her gums and after two adjustments on top she was finally able to wear but neither the top or bottoms will stay put even with adhesive when she has tried wearing to talk let alone eat. We know of two other people that got dentures here and can’t wear them because they are too big.

We unfortunately didn’t find this out till after she got hers but I hope this will help those thinking about dentures to not make the mistake we did

I got my first dentures at southside dental, when making the mold he didn’t even give me time to close my mouth all the way for a good mold. I went back four times because they are too big, the third time I returned there the dentist told me it was all in my head and very rude. This last time I went back he was extremely rude and told me there was nothing he could do even though the dentures were too big even with adhesive they wouldn’t stay in plus they made sores on my gums. When I asked for a refund he got mad , told me I needed to figure out how to wear them and walked out of the room saying mean things.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also I talked to two people who got dentures there and they are unable to wear theirs because they don’t fit right.

My dentist and dental assistant were really nice and professional. They answered all of my questions and did an amazing job with my filling. With that being said the older receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. If it wasn't for the care and respect I received from the dentist I wouldn't come back .

This was my first time there and my appointment was scheduled at 12:45 and I walked in at 12:35 because I like to be a little early just in case. The lobby was dark because it was lunch hour which I completely understood but why is the older receptionist asking me how I got inside of the building because " That door is supposed to be locked!" She also argued with me about insurance and went back to the exam room 2-3 times to keep interrogating me about an insurance plan that I don't have. I have never been treated like that at any clinic EVER in my life.
