I highly recommend Dr. Tentler! I have a tremendous amount of anxiety when it comes to dentists and I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Tentler's bedside manner and the feeling that he honestly cares about his patients. He offers IV sedation if you have to have a lot of work done and are scared.
His staff is also very caring and friendly! I live in Bradley IL and the drive is 45 min for me and VERY WORTH IT. Dr. Tentler is an awesome dentist!

As a caregiver for a low functioning non-verbal disabled adult, I cannot recommend this office enough. We walked in 2016 with a lot of needs and no other recourse, and we walked out with a game plan and a long term solution to dental needs. We walk in and out very quickly and always feel comfortable with the staff and doctors.
I appreciate Dr. Tentler for taking care of us in such a warm way. There is such a need for disabled dental care and this office leads the way!

Dr. Tentler is a wonderful dentist, but it’s abundantly clear his primary goal is making money and his staff has overall bad business qualities. I first started seeing Dr. Tentler when I was a minor, he performed an extensive amount of dental work on me. During this time my parents each paid one half of the bill as they are divorced. My father at one point opted not to pay the bill anymore. My mother continued to pay her half. I was forthcoming with the staff that I was currently taking legal action to require my father to pay the bill and in the mean time, my mother would continue to pay her half.
Dr. Tentler decided to stop treating me indefinitely despite knowing about the situation and legal matter. He was still getting paid. I have had work that he completed break and he refuses to fix it. He claims those past bills were in my name and therefore he cannot treat me. However, if I was a minor at the time I should not have been the guarantor. Even though I am an adult now, and the bills will go directly through me, Dr. Tentler refuses to see me despite the fact that it’s his work that broke.
Additionally his staff gave me the run around when I called to ask if he would treat me. After claiming the office manager was out of the office for nearly a month and never returning any phone calls they responded in a rude and distasteful manner. Dr. Tentler is a good dentist but it feels as if his entire practice is filled with greed and bad manners. I would opt not to associate with this practice.

I have received nothing but excetional care from both, Dr. Tentler and Dr. Matthew Pierce. Both doctors were extremely caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and high standards of service.
I wanted to thank the staff at the office: Marzena and other ladies for taking such great care of me when I was ill. I could tell that the staff worked very well as a team and ensured that I received high quality care. Thank you for looking after me. Kind Regards, Agnes
