Took my 2 year old here and the staff was wonderful! So wonderful my daughter cried for 40 mins because she still wanted the "doctor". I was pleased with the overall experience. I really appreciated how they walk you step by step and allow you to meet everyone on your care team. I was truly satisfied with their efficiency! 10/10 recommend!

I was very pleased by the patience the dentist and her assistant showed my daughter and I. My daughter has extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and true to form she made a big scene. But the dentist and assistant, Olivia, remained calm and supportive and didn’t show any annoyance toward us. I very much appreciated their support and understanding.

Only one downfall I forgot to mention…the hygienist (didn’t get her name) but did not have good bedside manner and gave up way to easily when my daughter started crying…. more like, “she wasn’t in the mood” to deal with a crying child and got up and left.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful care my two-year-old received at Southwest Pediatric Dental. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly attentive to my child's needs and truly demonstrated how much they care. What impressed me the most was their gentle approach in putting him to sleep to ensure he was relaxed for the necessary procedures.

The entire process went smoothly, and I felt reassured knowing he was in such capable hands. Everyone at this office is kind and informative. Easy check in process. Dr. Tomas and his assistant were wonderful and caring. We were given clear discharge instructions as well.

No issues with the care my child received. My only complaint is related to the temperature in the waiting area. It was freezing in there. Would recommend u bring a jacket and or a blanket for yourself and your child. Otherwise a great experience for us🦋
