Hygienists and dentist are always wonderful! Receptionist USED to be wonderful as well. The new Receptionists are rude and inexperienced in even verifying insurance information.

They give cash discounts if you do not have insurance which is great. The people are all friendly and professional. Unfortunately this corporation is more concerned with making money than providing the best patient care. I am very satisfied with the extraction they did, but saddened and disappointed they left another bad tooth next to it intact after telling me the root was exposed and it had to be removed.

I could only give them $200 more, but Mr Adkins refused, saying he needed another $99 more and refused to remove the other tooth even though it was numb and he had the tools in his hand to remove it. $200 for 5 minutes of work to help a patient was not enough money to break through his corporate greed focus to provide the needed care. All business, and no heart at this place. 😔

That dreaded day came that 3 molers were extracted. Staff was great, and the dentist exelent, procedure was pain-free, with little discomfort. Normal stuff, not really. The reason I say the dentist is excellent was because the next day, there was no bruises or swelling, no bone or tissue trauma. WOW!!!! Thanks Team
