I had a disappointing experience with Sparkle Dental. I was promised a partial refund of $2,860. 92 for Invisalign and $44 for an extraction that wasn’t performed. They confirmed via email that the refund would be processed by July 31, 2024. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails—at least six—I received no response, and the refund has still not been applied to my account.

The lack of communication and accountability is very frustrating. I expected more professionalism and follow-through, especially when dealing with significant payments for medical/dental services. I wouldn’t recommend Sparkle Dental based on my experience. If you live in Mount Vernon, please take your business somewhere else. Update: After posting this review, my account was finally updated with the promised refund.

Suggestion: Please be more vigilant in making sure customer accounts are as up to date as possible, and be timely in your responses. Unfortunately, because of the communication here since my surgery, I can’t recommend this office to someone else.

The dentist was very patient and handled my delicate tooth removal with care and professional expertise. He told me exactly what he was doing while conducting the procedure. I left feeling sore, as part of the procedure but the overall treatment in the office was great. I followed his directives for after care folloeing the procedure and I am back to work feeling great.
