Our experience with this dental clinic was extremely disappointing. The first red flag occurred when the clinic scheduled my wife's cleaning appointment over two separate days, a tactic that appeared designed solely to increase their revenue at our expense. In addition, the clinic attempted to file the same insurance claim twice, despite the fact that the claim had already been approved and paid.

The duplicate submission was rejected by our insurance provider, causing further frustration. Furthermore, following her procedure, my wife experienced significant pain for several days -- a condition she had never encountered with any previous dental treatments at other clinics. After noticing these questionable practices, we reached out to the clinic to express our concerns, and as you may have guessed, they were not helpful at all.

In summary, the practices at this dental clinic prioritize profit over patient care. We strongly advise anyone in need of reliable and compassionate dental services to seek an alternative provider.

After moving 3000 miles and leaving my dentist of nearly 20 years, I was nervous about finding a new dentist. Thankfully Dr. Nadeau had an opening! So far I’ve had 4 appointments. The receptionist staff have always been very patient, kind and helpful, and constantly. The dental assistants have been extra friendly and competent.

My dentist, Dr. Nadeau, performed multiple fillings and a new crown. Each procedure was expedient, gentle and easy. I’m a very nervous dental patient and he was constantly asking if I was in any pain or needed anything. To top it off, this dental office prices are only 1/3 of what I had been paying to my previous dentist! Highly recommend!
