Dear future Spring District Family Dentistry patients, I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at the dental office with all of you. Scheduling my appointment online was a breeze, although I initially made a mistake with the timing. Thanks to Melissa's quick assistance over the phone, I was able to secure a more convenient slot. The office also sent me a helpful text message outlining the new patient documentation I needed to fill out beforehand, streamlining the check-in process. Upon my arrival, I was pleased to find that the office was just a short drive from Auburn, even during rush hour.

The office itself was cozy and well-maintained, with ample parking available. The cleanliness of the patient restroom, lobby, and treatment rooms did not go unnoticed. Anu, the hygienist, was truly exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable during the full mouth x-rays and explained everything in detail. Anu's cleaning was thorough and surprisingly enjoyable, and her attention to detail was impressive. I left with valuable advice on maintaining my oral hygiene.

Dr. Wes Nomi conducted my final exam with professionalism and kindness, easing any nerves I had. His use of intra oral photos to explain the treatment plan was a game-changer for me. I left the office with a clear understanding of the procedures and associated costs, thanks to Melissa's assistance. Overall, my experience at Spring District Family Dentistry was fantastic, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of dental care.

Front office and support staff are great. More of a dentist for people with a fear of dentistry. They don't seem to have the experience yet for emergency care but would definitely recommend them for routine oral work and senior care. Great location and easy parking.

Wes Nomi is a fantastic dentist. He's very careful and gentle, you hardly know that he's working inside your mouth. He's very open to discuss treatment options. The people working the office are very caring and pleasant. I have recommended him to friends and family.

This must be the best dental practice in the world! The team is very skilled and also incredibly warm and caring. I went in after a few years without seeing the dentist and they have been supporting me though a multi-year journey of getting my teeth and gums back to good health.

Gwen, my hygienist, is great at giving feedback and pushing me to floss better and is always checking in on me and my family (she even made us baby blankets for my daughters). Can’t speak highly enough of this wonderful family practice and great team! Won’t go anywhere else!
