The new office is really nice! The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and efficient. I met Mary and she took X-rays of my mouth and she was very nice and pleasant. Dr Mahmood came in and he is very knowledgeable and caring. I enjoyed my visit with him and I know that I’m in very good hands.

My dentist, Dr. Diterlizzi, DDS and the dental technician that cleaned and examined my teeth, gums and x-rays was Lori. I was taken promptly at the appointment time, and all was completed in an hour. Professionalism and kindness were excellent. Lori stated her findings when Dr. D came in. He examined everyone asking me if there was anything else that I needed him to look at. The new building is so nice.

You are relaxed and the decor is awesome. I noticed the children's books in the lobby. They are perfect for the little ones! The entire staff is cheerful and helpful. There was just enough chatting and down to business. I like that! You have to be there to see and feel the difference. It is spa-like, yet a very professional and thorough Dental practice with nice, family-oriented personnel. I am happy to be a patient at Spring Valley! Nadine Van Scoy
