I went to Springfield Orthodontics to get my open bite corrected with Invisalign. I just finished my treatment and my teeth look excellent! Dr. Ian Thomas and all the staff there are so knowledgeable and true experts in the field of orthodontics.

I actuallly enjoyed all of my visits to the office because everyone there was so pleasant and friendly! I am very picky about my teeth and the doctors were always very patient with me and fully answered all of my questions along the way. This was my first appointment with Springfield Orthodontics and it was a pleasant visit. I did get a little nervous from reading previous reviews on Yelp however my experience was great. The staff was very nice as well as the doctor.

They took the time to explain everything to me I needed to know as far as my next appointment, financing what I need to have done, all of my options and other specialist I needed to see. I am glad my dentist recommended this practice and can’t wait to see my new smile.

It was my first time at Springfield Orthodontics and everyone was very welcoming polite. The front desk took my paperwork I brought from my dentist. Had me complete new patient documentation, Dr Ian was so kind, he gave me such wonderful encouragement as he examined my teeth. Susan and Sue were helpful and sweet.

I felt so happy to be there. They all took great care of me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontist care.
