Dr Johnny and his staff helped my family move through dental trauma we were carrying from an error at another office. Briana was very understanding and stayed in touch with me answering all my questions and scheduling us. With patience and confidence, Dr Johnny explained where we were at and what he recommended to happen next. He thoroughly clarified all my questions.

When one part of the procedure was very challenging for my kiddo, Dr Johnny paused and talked through it and gave options so my child could be in control of his body and what happens to it, which is so important to empower a child that way! That one interaction will have a lasting positive imprint on my kiddo- to get over the trauma and to also set expectations for how healthcare providers should treat kids. He served us with knowledge, accurate and successful treatment, pain control, and wonderful bedside manner.

We visited the office yesterday for my 8-year-old son’s routine cleaning and check-up. While he is a sweet, incredibly intellectual boy—wise beyond his years—he struggles with emotional regulation, especially in unfamiliar or sensory-driven situations. Loud noises, new sensations, and uncertainty can quickly send him into a spiral of anxiety and overwhelm. At his previous visit, the dentist gently suggested that maybe I wait in the lobby next time, as my presence seemed to be adding to both his and my stress. I agreed—until my son told me he'd feel more comfortable if I went back too. So I compromised: I went in, but sat out of his line of sight and promised not to intervene. I listened with a pounding heart as he began his cleaning, full of questions, delays, and hesitations. What could’ve easily turned into a very difficult encounter was instead handled with such grace, patience, and calm by Diane, our hygienist.

She met every question, every resistance, every awkward pause with the perfect mix of kindness and firmness. She was steady and empathetic, but never coddling—exactly the kind of support my son needed in that moment. What most kids would breeze through in five minutes took much longer, but Diane never made him feel like a burden. I heard him say afterward, “I’m sorry for all the fuss. I just don’t like new things,” and my heart broke a little. He’s not being difficult—he’s just sensitive and still learning how to navigate the world. When Diane came over to me afterward, I stood up and gave her a hug. I told her thank you—for being kind when my son needed it most, and for staying calm when I couldn’t.

This experience went far beyond a dental cleaning. It was a reminder of how much compassion can impact a child (and their parent). Diane, you are an angel. You didn’t just clean my son’s teeth—you helped us both walk out of that office feeling a little more understood. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

My 10 month old had a fall, hurting her front teeth. We called Sprout, and they got us in that day to be reassured that no serious damage was done. Our visit with Dr. Dre and Diana was so fun (for such a not fun thing!). They were both very knowledgeable and so sweet to my girl. I can tell my daughter had a great time, and I left feeling extremely relieved. We will be back!

Phenomenal. 100 stars out of five. This is the dentist for you if you are looking for a place where your child is respected, informed consent is very clear, and every detail is handled with excellence. Happy parent and empowered child. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you to the dentists and hygienists who helped get my daughter’s teeth back on track after some significant cavity issues.
