Do not go here! They will max out your insurance and overcharge you. It’s literally a dental factory where 4 different people will work on you and charge for everything they do. They try to seem special by offering water and have fun music on, but believe me you are paying for it. They said I needed 2 crowns to fix old fillings, 2 more fillings and a temporary mouth piece. They gave me one crown and the temp mouth piece and it cost $1500 after insurance. The crown was never right after 4 visits.

I went to another dentist because Delta Dental was no longer accepted and had to pay upfront for everything and be reimbursed at the insurance rate. SCAM! The crown got infected because it had a crack in the tooth and had to be pulled, hence $1500 in the trash. The place may look special and friendly but it is a scam trying to take advantage of people. Plus never needed the 2 additional fillings they stated. Go somewhere else!

I hope this review finds the delinquent dental patient like me. It's been about 4 years since I saw the dentist, which isn't like me, I was always a 2x/year patient faithfully, but life happens. I made my first appointment with St. Clair Tooth Co. and was pleased to get scheduled within a week. The staff is friendly, the office is welcoming, my hygienist Michelle was excellent, and Dr. Cassleman is caring and thorough.

I've never had such a comprehensive exam with explanation every step of the way. I wasn't shamed for my lapse in visits, instead I was treated as a valuable patient they wanted to take care of. I don't know when I had such a positive first time experience and would recommend St. Clair Tooth Co. to anyone in need of dental care.

I despise the dentist, not this one. I stopped going for a few years after a bad experience at another dentist’s. I now don’t mind my appointments as much 😅 Shauna has cleaned my teeth a few times and it feels like hanging out with a friend when I go. She remembers details about me even though we only see each other twice a year! Clean, friendly and quick service each time I visit.

They recommend services but aren’t pushy about it. Give them a try if you’re looking for new dental care.

Since my first visit at SCTC I’ve known I’m never going anywhere else! Dr. Carly is absolutely incredible and her female team makes me feel super comfortable. I go for my regular cleanings as well as started Sure Smile aligners with them. The process has been smooth and easier than expected thanks to St. Clair Tooth Co!
