First time patient. Transferred care since I moved. Previous history of routine dental care. Was told at visit I was in need of 13 fillings and 2 crowns with a bill of 5,000 that I was responsible for after insurance. My last xrays a year ago showed 4 and were addressed, with no mention of needing crowns. Little outrageous to get 13 cavities in less then a year if you ask me.

She also barely showed me my xrays explaining where all these 13 cavities were or why i needed crowns. Was also told by the doctor after just looking in my mouth briefly that I have sleep apnea and a deviated septum. I have no issues sleeping, or snoring, or breathing for that matter. Was a little out of their scope of practice to diagnose me with that from my opinion. Very pushy to get all my procedures scheduled. Which were not and will not be.

Hygienist was kind, didn't finish flossing all teeth however. Only did front 4. Felt initially they were looking for financial gain, then was reassured by the review 6 days before mine they had the exact same experience. Recommend better patient care. I understand you run a business, but business comes when you have good patient care with integrity.

I have been going to this particular dentist office forever. Have never changed. Have been through a few different owners/Dentists. All have always been friendly and respectful especially when Dr Peterson took over. They always explain exactly what they are going to do in terms that is easily understood. No guess work. Highly recommend this office.

Dr Russ is the best. I've been a dental patient for 10+ years. My teeth were in rough shape when I first became a patient. There's been a 100% turnaround thanks to Dr Russ. I am now able to maintain my teeth with routine follow-ups.

Let’s be honest, no one LOVES going to the dentist. But everytime I leave St Cloud Family Dental, formerly Peterson Dental, I am always pleasantly surprised by how much I DID NOT hate my time in the chair. The staff is always SO kind and Dr.

Russ Peterson is just about the most genuine person I have had the pleasure of working with. Knowing that I am always getting the best care and most competitive pricing makes THIS particular dental office the least painful of any I have ever experienced. Would give 6 stars if I could 🙌🏻
