I’ve been going to this office for years and I absolutely adore them. Dr. Crawford and Dr. Akoulibiyi are so sweet and caring individuals. I appreciate Dr. Crawfords genuine care and concern as well as present approach and demeanor. I travel almost three hrs now to get to them but it’s worth it in my opinion.

I had scheduled an appt here for 10am. Arrived at 9:50 with the gate locked to the front door, an employee outside said she had to wait till someone came around back to open the gate. She said to wait in my car until the gate was opened. So I waited in my car till around 10:15, still with the gate closed and nobody answering the phone when I called the office.

At this point there were 2 people waiting outside for what i’m assuming is their appointments too. Also the office opened at 9am? Called the front desk to tell them I am canceling and will be finding a new place to go to. Haven’t heard back from anyone. Super disappointing and unprofessional experience

Edit 11/9/22 ONE STAR: BEWARE OF SCAM! Although the service was good, the billing system here literally scams you. I had an appointment in JULY and they made me pay $60 even though I know I don’t have a copay but they said I would be reimbursed once insurance went through…and they have refused to reimburse me. My insurance even went through filing a grievance and I still haven’t been reimbursed. This is NOT ok.

Original review 4 stars: I almost didn’t come because of the reviews on yelp, but it was the closest one to my house that insurance covered so decided to try it out and glad I did. Yes, the facilities could be updated and the office is really small, but it was clean and the care was FANTASTIC. I saw D Dr. Coulibaly and she’s an absolute gem.

She was gentle and careful and did a thorough job - making sure to check in on me and not hurt me. Front desk service was kind and easy to work with and they answered my calls each time. It doesn’t have any frills, but has everything I need so I will definitely be going back.
