My husband was seen 6-23-22 due to a severe pain in his lower jaw. The appointment was for 7:30AM - he was seen 45 minutes later due to a computer not working and staff being unprofessional having a morning chat session. After requesting that he be seen regardless of the working PC issue the dentist did an x-ray and was unable to find an issue - she recommended an orthodontist.

We left by 8:29 AM in worse condition. Due to severe pain yesterday afternoon 6-23-22 he was seen at the Dental Health Group in Oakland Md where Dr Longest found an abscess and started a root canal.

Dental services received were exceptional. The dentist, techs, and hygienist are outstanding. However, as for the billing department: BEWARE! Don’t expect ANY assistance w/receiving proper paperwork for insurance submission for reimbursement as it does not happen - and on record: They bear no responsibility to have to do so and accordingly, they do not. Inept billers can’t even correctly fill out or provide the simplest of forms.

*I’d give the billing department -zero stars if that was an option. *Monies now owed them, with zero ability to be paid in full, will be trickled in over the next few years as insurance reimbursement disallowed due to their incompetency.

I have dealt with changed appointment times without any given notice and rude receptionists that argue with you about it. However, my kids receive great dental care and education on how to take better oral care. Plus they love the new tooth brush :)
