My first visit to this office was exceptional and impressive! I was immediately greeted by friendly staff, my wait was less than five minutes, I had a full comprehensive dental exam and x-rays, and received an individualized procedure plan along with the expenses that I would be responsible to pay at each visit. All of my visits to this office have been equally professional, comfortable, and respectful. The office is clean, contemporary, and inviting.

Lindsey does a great job cleaning my teeth, explaining procedures, and making sure I’m not in pain. Dr. Long always shakes my hand, asks how I’m doing, explains what he will be doing, and takes great care of my teeth, unfortunately for me, that means a few well done fillings!! I tend to experience intense jaw pain after dental procedures and they went above and beyond to prevent that from happening but intervened when it did and called me at home to check up a day later.

I can’t say that I love dental experiences, but this office does everything in its power to make it the best it can be, and for that, I’m thankful!

Rachel did my cleaning, and I can tell you it was the best experience I've had compared to multiple deep cleanings that were uncomfortable for me in the past, so I'm always nervous about it. I originally scheduled for 2 quadrants and decided to get it all 4 done.

I thought I would need nitrous to calm my nerves, but She was very enjoyable to work with from the beginning! She was thourough and took the time throughout the treatment to ask me how I was feeling and provided me with the essentials that made it much more bearable. I'll definitely be sticking with this dentistry!

The lady who answers the phone needs to have a more customer service training. I called with a couple quick questions about my insurance and she was hateful and rude. I've been a patient for a of couple of years now and I usually brush off the clipped conversation, but the attitude today was unnecessary.

As someone who answers and makes phone calls all day, I would never speak to a customer that way.

I absolutely hated going to the dentist until I found Dr. Stacy and his amazing team. I experience high anxiety from the moment I step into the waiting room.

Everyone there is absolutely the best! They not only are there to ensure you have the best care, but they take their time explaining everything that is going to be done, and they were so compassionate when it came to my anxiety and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Stacy makes the atmosphere very relaxed and is very detailed when explaining the next steps in the care plan!!! I highly recommend this office! You won't be disappointed!
