The dentist and dental assistants five stars Great work, clean office, and absolutely fantastic staff! Other than the lady at the front desk. Sad to say but it would have been five stars otherwise. Would recommend the dentist and everyone else!

My boyfriend went in and the dentist didn't even come in and go over his with him xrays and options which indicate quite a bit of work. They just handed him a print out and went about their day. Our family won't be going back.

My wife was terrified to have a mouthful of extractions, as anyone would be. The office lady was so cold, rude, uncompassionate and had the bedside manner of a door. Charles Manson would have been a better choice for a receptionist, but as we all know, he is not available. In the future, maybe 🤔 you could consider this fact when hiring your first point of contact, Star Dental. Because she was not offered ANY solutions to her fear whatsoever and instead, they just referred her"out" as not to deal with my wife and her anxiety. No calm, kind words, nothing but short, cold 🥶 unnecessary behavior from the woman at the counter.

I hope that this will change, people like my wife just need a little extra nudge of reassurance. (Maybe a Xanax, too. ) But nothing was shown to her, and for that, I must leave word here for others having full mouth extraction that are terrified, JUSTIFIABLY. We don't want anyone else to feel as my wife did, ever. This wasted our time, she could have been finished with everything already, if she'd been dealt with in a kind manner. That never occurred.

I hate to leave a distain full review for any business, But in this case, I felt in very nessessary. Good luck to others. I hope a different🤎more favorable result for you.

Absolutely amazing, Diana the receptionist is amazing as well as the staff. I have been coming here since 2018 everytime I have came it has been very pleasant and welcoming. Since 2018 my mom has came and got her work and her new smile as well as my husband. Absolutely amazing. I will continue to refer others and I and my family will continue this office as our family dental.
