Dr. Raus chipped 3 of my daughter's front teeth while completing dental work on her molars and looked me dead in my face and denied it also told me I was looking for trouble and was making stuff Up. She was so rude and confrontational about it. she refused to accept she made a mistake she is to rough with her patient. I'm so furious I cried and she had 0 remorse.

I would normally not leave a bad review, as I have worked in customer service several years and understand not everything always goes as planed. However something is seriously flawed at this business. They always have seemed to rush through my children's appointments, which seamed odd, and I know that I should have changed dentists long ago.

But they are all so friendly and good with kids, so I kept coming back. Now, however, after this incident I will never come back. Who makes a parent bring her 3.

5 year old child back 4 times to drill on teeth, because they don't have time to finish the appointment? Who doesn't use laughing gas at some appointments (while drilling on the toddlers teeth) but does at others? And who and lets child leave each appt withOUT fillings!? Star dental!! By the time they were ready to do her fillings, which would have been the fifth appt, she was understandably a to traumatized to sit on the table. Now I have to find a dentist who will give her Anastasia so that they can finish her dental work. 😢😡

They made me wait in the chair alone for an hour after getting seen. When I finally got seen, they numbed the areas for fillings haphazardly. One spot barely got numbed at all, and even the most strongly numbed area wasn't numbed enough before they drilled away. The doctor literally said "Maybe a little more drugs here" while injecting a needle into my gums.

When they finally did the fillings, they drilled the ALREADY SET FILLINGS to "shave them down". They ended up incomplete, and I still have tooth pain. Im gonna have to get them done again by an ACTUAL dentist.

I'm not really sure what I think. I gave them over $5000 for braces about 3 months ago. My son only has his front teeth so far. I normally have my dad take him there since I'm at work. I took him last month and suddenly he needs 5 fillings before they can put the braces on.

Receptionist only makes an appointment for the full set of braces, no fillings. So I called the next day to ask why, made an appointment for the fillings. That was yesterday, they filled 3 of 5 cavaties when he's scheduled for the full set in 5 days!! What is going on here🤷 I'm about to ask them to take their stuff off and I'll go somewhere that has the time to deal with $5400 legitimately Amending to say that it's now been about a year and my son's teeth are lining up fantastically. He did get the necessary hardware it was only difficult due to our availability with after school appointments
