Our experienced dental professionals are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care.
Doctor David is very knowledgeable and the assistants are awesome. The front desk staff has always been very sweet and helpful. It has been 2. 5 years but soon braces will be off. I had braces before and I was overcharged for any small request like back retainers my retainer's prices then we're ridiculous.
But here retainers were included in the price. Also, it feels like the main goal is the quality of the work. That matters a lot from the client's point of you. They are also good with kids my son has gotten some cleaning and filling in the past.

Took my 3 year old here for her first dentist visit. She was so excited to come and the staff did an amazing job of making sure that she cannot wait to return. Shout out to the Taylor, Steff, Shelley at the front for making us feel so welcome. Shout out to Addie and Dr.
Tim for taking such good care of my little one in the exam room. I really like how they cater to children and take the time to explain every tool as well as let the children "try" them out so they are not afraid. Wonderful atmosphere, convenient location and caring staff. I cannot recommend enough!!!

( this will be long. ) I’ll start by saying the front desk staff is great. Very nice, and helpful. The dentist we saw was great too. But I had a very upsetting experience here due to one dental assistant. It’s been a few weeks since this I had to really collect myself to see if I’d leave this review! I never got this woman’s name, she had colored eyes (not sure if contacts), Hispanic, maybe in her 40s. I have an autistic 4 year old son. We moved and he had a bad cavity so I scheduled here for the first time. He’s never done well with doctors or dentists. I let them know ahead of time he’s autistic, he’s level 1 but shuts down during these appointments, and can have some reaction to us trying (fits, stimming, he does kick & hit. All disclosed) the first appointment was fast and he did good but when we came back to get it fixed he ended up getting scared and reacting and his dad ended up agreeing with the dentist to go to a surgery center to have it fixed that see patients like him. The dentist and assistant that day were amazing. Before our surgical appointment, his temp filling fell out and he was in pain so I called here and they said bring him in, we’ll get a different assistant and we think we can help him! (idk why they switched assistants the first one was so sweet. ) well this new assistant was fine at first, and I assumed she read up on his file showing he’s autistic and reacted badly last time.
But as we get started, he’s scared bc of last time, and in pain and she starts making weird comments, or sighing bc he’s hesitant to let the dentist in his mouth. He freaks out when he feels the needle and she turns up his laughing gas all the way. The dentist didn’t ask for it yet, he ended up asking after and she was like I already did. So my son starts rolling his eyes back, and still scared so he starts panicking. I feel like she cranked it up too fast all the way not gradually. Then she makes comments like you need to let us help you but not in a nice tone. I’m already upset but I’m trying to help my son, this was all happening back to back. We decide he won’t do it, and the dentist steps away. My son sits up and is moving his arms and almost grabs the light. I immediately correct him, and grab his arm down, and she says “ let him burn himself maybe he’ll learn “ and walked out. At this point I’m trying to help my son, but ready to say something to her. I bribed my son with a small toy if he did good to see if it would help him at the start. She heard this. Well when she walks back in my sons crying asking me if he’s getting a toy.
Before I can parent MY child she tells him “you’re not getting a toy you didn’t let us do anything ok?“ I responded with, “he’s autistic and having a hard time right now. On top of that he’s 4. All of your comments you’ve made to him are unnecessary and you need to stop. I’m his parent. “ she then said “oh sorry“ with a small laugh didn’t seem genuine at all obviously. The nice assistant we had before even heard me say this to her and her response. I immediately left after that because I was so mad I didn’t want to escalate and do anything in my state of anger and I truly liked everyone else in the office. I wish I remembered names and I’m sorry this review is so long but this was totally not okay. I’ve sat on this for weeks to calm down but I am my sons advocate! This is a pediatric dentistry too, he didn’t even react in a way that was extreme. I’ve seen meltdowns from kids in Walmart that were worse! Seriously. You need to have patience and compassion with kids. But I feel like knowing he has autism and you reacted like that, is crazy. It left us feeling very upset.

Terrible experience. I scheduled my kids for a check up at 4:30pm about a month before the appointment. I received a text message a few days before to confirm saying 4:15, but I figured it’s like most offices that want you there 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. I always put appointments in my calendar and when they used to do reminder calls, the appointment times never matched what I had recorded.
This doesn’t happen with any other appointments I make so either they have some system issues or the person scheduling doesn’t do it correctly. We arrived at 4:25, 5 minutes before the time I scheduled with them and they told us they’d check with the provider to see if he would still see us since we were late. I informed the lady at the desk that the appointment was for 4:30 and she said it was 4:15 and they sent the time in the text message to confirm. The provider instructed the front desk to reschedule our appointment, although there were other people still in the lobby so my children likely wouldn’t have even been called back right away.
We have been going to this office for many years and have waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes on several occasions waiting to be seen by a provider, so I was genuinely shocked that they refused to see my children. I would’ve never booked a 4:15 appointment because I work until 4:00, but either way it’s crazy that they would reschedule for arriving 10 minutes after the appointment time. There’s a lot of dentists in the Southern Highlands area now, so I definitely won’t be returning to this office.
