I have to say this is the most incompetent office. It took them over a month and a half to check if something was covered. In all this time they never called saying anything. I went on the insurance website and was able to see what they covered and not covered in 1 day. I simply looked at the dental coverage flyer. Dr. Ligia was saying she saved me money by telling me they were able to cover crowns not implants. I was like yes I know it says so on the dental flyer coverage page.

The Doctor doesn't start by saying " Oh I'm sorry nobody called you instead saying Well it's your fault you let your teeth rot for 40 years. She also said she had nobody to work with her because her assistant was pregnant or taking care of a child. I could not believe she thought waiting a month and not calling is standard office procedure in that office. She said she was a great dentist and felt abused by me complaining. I do not know how she stays in business after reading all the complaints about her abusive mouth and how she talks to people. Note : She also talks down to her employees. I think she goes through many. I would not recommend her at all.

I would be 90 waiting for her to check every insurance claim through email. God forbid she uses modern technology and calls the insurance or checks the website. I had to give her 1 star or they wouldn't let me post. She needs to really come to grips that she is unprofessional. . .

I recently had a root canal performed by Dr. State, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. State took the time to explain the procedure in detail and answered all my concerns. During the root canal, I felt comfortable and well-cared for.

Dr. State was gentle and skilled, making the whole process much easier than I anticipated. I experienced minimal discomfort afterward, and the follow-up care was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. State to anyone in need of dental work. Thank you for a great experience!

I was very disappointed with this dental office. The dentist had her dog running around freely, which I find completely unsanitary and inappropriate for a medical setting. Dental offices require strict cleanliness to prevent infection, and having an animal roaming (FYI she says this is a service dog…But to me it seems like a domesticated dog with no service training at all…) around risks contamination. It made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards.

This is not a place I would recommend if you care about proper sanitation and professional care. If you are allergic to animals this is NOT the place for you…I agree with all the comments down below. The staff was not rude at all to me, but the dentist was definitely rude to her assistant. I feel so sorry for the assistant, while she was doing something with me the dentist interrupted and insisted she stop and drop everything and HELP HER.

As you can see in most of the reviews she only acknowledges people who give her good reviews, and berates the people that don’t…Honestly unprofessional that she would waste her time responded to all the negative reviews. She doesn’t want to accept the truth about what’s going on in her office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, run while u can…You can definitely find better places.

Dr Ligia State did an excellent work with my implants . Had implant work finished 6 months ago ,since I am her patient everything is perfect ,never bother me when eating. She always does a great job on every visit. I recommend this office !
