These people were a lifesaver for my husband! He went to his regular dentist for tooth pain and they said they only have a surgeon there twice a month to pull the tooth so they gave him a prescription for ibuprofen and a referral to another oral surgeon.

Less than a week the pain had become extremely unbearable and this office got my husband in within 24 hours of my call and pulled his tooth and now he is pain-free!

Terrible customer service, just from scheduling alone. So happy I dodged a bullet by deciding to go elsewhere. Editing to respond to the owner - My call log shows that I called a total of 3 times to reschedule my appointment, and this was partly due to your team not having the correct contact information despite me updating that over the phone with you on numerous occasions, and not providing me with all of the necessary details.

I get that you have a lot of patients in need of care & are on a waitlist, but I am also one of those patients. Your response was a passive & didn’t acknowledge my concerns whatsoever. If you can’t acknowledge concerns about basic customer service, why would I trust your office to handle my concerns of care?

Dr Rotenberg is hands down the best! There are not enough stars to give to speak to his bedside manners, his kindness, his care! Just a great medical provider! My dentist had found a spot on my gums during a routine cleaning and I was advised to have that spot tested at Dr Rotenberg’s office. I was already a patient at the practice prior to this situation. I called the office to get scheduled and was told I couldn’t get in until 7/30. With my anxieties growing each day I decided to call again, the lady at the front desk who was very very sweet to me said she would check in with him and call me back.

That next morning I was offered a same day appointment. Dr Rotenberg took great care of me and promised to call me right away with the test results. In which he did, he kept his word and called me first thing in the morning the day the results came in. All was well and I kept the appt that was scheduled for 7/30 for my post op counseling.

Thanks Dr Rotenberg. You are the best! Ms Valentine
