My children went to this practice for the first time recently and both enjoyed their visit so much they asked to go back. We switched dentists due to needing an in-network dentist and were sad about leaving the dentist we previously visited but Dr Kobils office exceeded our expectations. They are extremely kid friendly and make getting teeth cleaned a fun and enjoyable experience.

This office came highly recommended by many mothers who travel upwards of an hour to get to this office. I’m surprised that there aren’t more reviews.

The dentist that works there is fantastic but she's leaving to go teach, the dentist that owns the place is TERRIBLE, my 3 year had an appointment to get a crown on and they were running behind Kobil came into to our room to start the work rather than the lady we were seeing. Kobil never once introduced herself, said hello to my kid, or told her what they were going to do. She put her gloves on and told her to open her mouth, my daughter was scared and she told the assistant to get her mouth open after my daughter screamed for 15 min because they were forcing her to open her mouth. Kobil threw her tools down walked out and said this isn't going to work.

The other dentist came in talked to her was able to get half the work done but she was still very scared. Kobil was the rudest supposed to be professional I've ever met. Not to mention her kids or grandkids were peeking in the whole time watching the cartoons in our room distracting my daughter. Needless to say we told them not to reschedule and will never return.

She is one miserable woman that can't even simply introduce herself. My daughter was great her previous 3 visits with other dentists that actually talk to her and tell her what is going on.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took my daughter here a couple years ago when she was 2 and never went back. The dentist was running late with another appointment. The hygienist was terrible and rude, scared my daughter and was rude about the fact that she was scared. She ended up accidentally stabbing my daughters gums with the dental tool.

I had to stop her from continuing because my daughter was screaming and she just stood there with her arms crossed and a scowl on her face until the dentist finally showed up. I hope she no longer works there. I can’t say enough bad things about that experience. You’d think a children’s dentist would hire people who are capable of working with children of all ages.

Yet another one star review for Dr. Kobil. Took my two boys in for a routine appt. My kids are well behaved and can handle themselves so I let them gain independence by going back with dentist alone figuring if I was needed they would come get me. Appointment goes without anyone saying anything to me. The assistant comes out at end telling me how she "disciplined my kids harshly for not brushing". My kids may not be the best at it but they brush at least once if not twice a day, but it is not her place to "discipline" my child. She then went on to call them liars and try to tell me how kids "fake" brushing. After I declined a followup appointment they had me talk to the "office manager" who apparently didn't think her "disciplining" my child was not a big deal.

. . . after talking with my kids I found out once they took them from the waiting room they sat them in the back and did very little for the almost 1. 5hrs they were back there - appt was at 9:45 to which we arrived early and we did not leave till almost 11. Also learned that with all the "disciplining" she was proud of. . . .

it didn't include any EDUCATION for my children about how to properly brush or not have the same issues next time. Overall a horrible experience. They call themselves a "pediatric" dentist but they should not be able to work with kids at all. Reading other reviews I'm not the only one with this experience of rudeness and lack of tact when working with children. Perhaps it's time for this place to close up. If you love your kids - do not take them here.
