Since childhood I have seen various dental specialists and have had multiple dental procedures performed due to breakage of two adult teeth. When I became a patient of Dr. Steven Koutnik a few years back while he was still practicing in Shorewood, I knew from the first office visit that I was in the right hands. From day one, Dr. Koutnik extended genuine care and concern for me as a person and what I was going through. Having extensive dental work done is never easy for anyone, but his kindness and attention to detail made the process that much easier. Throughout all procedures he continuously checked in and calmly asked if I was doing o.

k. He explained all aspects of the work he was doing, not only before but during as well. When he moved his practice to Wauwatosa, my entire family followed him there. My husband and children are now Dr. Koutnik's patients for dental care as well. The entire staff is exceptionally welcoming and warm; we all feel very comfortable "going to the dentist. " As a mom, it is very important my children feel confident going to the dentist and do not get nervous.

My children actually look forward to their dental visits and have a lot to tell us about what they talked about and how it all went. I am very confident in Dr. Koutnik's skill as a dental practitioner! His kind and patient presence goes a long way in my book and I am beyond thankful he was able to help me. From the very first day I met him, he gave me so much hope and continuously fed that hope every time I had work done. Whether getting extensive dental work done or a general cleaning/check up, Dr. Koutnik and his staff is always reassuring and makes the visit pleasant.

The Staff and Dr. Koutnik are always very understanding and accommodating to me and my needs. He's patient and professional at what he does. Everyone is very kind, caring, smiling and makes you feel comfortable.

Besides the cleanings I have had an implant done last year. I trust his work and opinion completely, and all his work has been outstanding. Best Dentist office I have ever been to. I would highly recommend!
