Would give it 5 starts but I can't say I love the dentist but Dr. Seibert and Carly are great. If you gums need special attention, this is the place.

Absolute A-1 experience! My first visit with Dr. Siebert and I was treated as if I'd been a patient there for years. The entire staff was friendly (an understatement ), helpful and courteous. Dr. Siebert and his assistant for my visit, Mona, were both reassuring and answered al of my questions directly and knowledgably.

I left knowing exactly what needed to be done, how it could/should be done, the cost of treatment and steps that I could take in the meantime to aid in my treatment. I went to Dr. Siebert full of apprehension and dread. I left knowing that my dental issues were nowhere near as dire as I had been informed they were previously. And, I left with a plan for treatment that will work! Could not be happier with my visit!

I'll be honest. I HATE going tot he dentist and doctor. I've had some horrible experiences that do not prompt me to not have regular appointment. This is also the reason my gum line on one of my teeth got so bad I had to have oral surgery. I'm not from the Champaign area so I was very hesitant on using their dentists. I was recommend by a few people to go here and I could not be happier ! Everyone is extremely polite and explanatory. Friends that have had my surgery said they were swollen and hurting for weeks. I was in slight pain for a day.

Ibuprofen worked just fine. I'm writing this because I have how most reviews are negative. People want to complain over everything and rarely complement a job well done. To be fair, I never interacted with Dr. Seibert, but if he is anything like Dr. Kim or the staff, he must be great.

Just got my cleaning by the best hygienist I have ever had Deanna. So impressed with safety protocols in place at the Charleston office. It started off with a phone call from Mathew day before then a text day off with instructions. Mathew was extremely polite and thorough.

They were obviously very well thought out, practiced and followed. I was apprehensive before going but felt extremely safe. This is definitely a well matched team.
