Dentist here is amazing I have been going there for a couple years, from the super fast removal of my natural teeth to the awesome fitting dentures he made for me that never ever hurt and I am able to wear without issue 24/7 and was great with my 3 year old and is very knowledgeable about children being a parent himself and he takes the time to sit and explain things and share his knowledge!!! Thanks again recommended to all!!!

I found a great dentist for my nana,the staff was so kind and helpful and patient they explained everything to us and got us on the schedule immediately. Made my nana who is terrified of the dentist feel so comfortable and that means a lot. Highly recommended.

I recently had an insurance change and my previous dentist was out of network. I had to have an urgent tooth extraction. Stone Arch was able to get me in the next day. All the staff I encountered were very nice and compassionate to my situation.

They explained everything very well to me. Not only was staff professional but they were personable too. I will be back for my other dental care needs. Thank you Stone Arch!

Difficult staff. I was a new client here (2025), and have to pay out of pocket for most of my dental work (crown, root canal, etc. ). To be able to have my necessary work done is a big deal for me because the out of pocket costs create a financial hardship for me. After I had my first crown done, I scheduled an appointment for teeth cleaning. Unfortunately, the day of, I had to reschedule.

The desk staff are not only challenging, but rude to interact with--there is no empathy for their clients. It has been appx. 2 months since that visit and I have yet to be called back by them (they stated that they would) to reschedule. Today, I had an appointment for a second crown. Unfortunately, I once again had to reschedule. I attempted to call all weekend, I responded "no" to their appointment confirmation text messages and I tried to go in person to reschedule----despite this, I received a rude phone call today from the desk staff.

I explained the situation, I offered to pay a fee for having to reschedule because I am aware that this is my conflict, however the staff member on the phone continued to lecture and berate me. I then began to ask why I had never been called back to reschedule my cleaning, to which she informed me that they never made a note to do that. It was at this point that I knew I would not be returning for further work. Everyone is busy, I offered to pay a late cancellation fee for both times that I had to reschedule, and finally being berated and given a hard time during what is already a challenging time financially has completely soured Stone Arch Dental for me. Oh, and the crown they did install is loose.
