Great visit! Dr. Stevens and Charmaine, the front desk manager in Lilburn, are THE BEST! Very accommodating, patient and understanding. Even after rescheduling my appointment three times, Charmaine fit me in and made sure everything was right with billing. I’ll definitely be back!

Dr. Stevens and her staff are remarkable!!!! You are greeted by name as soon as you walk in the door. If not, you are definitely greeted with a beautiful smile when you walk in. They are extremely professional and treat you like family. The family that you love and get along with of course!!! I will continue to go to Stone Mountain Dental 2 for my wife, children's, and my dental needs.

I am so impressed. The information that was provided for family. I have never been so happy at a dentist. I recommend everyone coming here. Wonderful staff that wants to see my entire family have the best smile. During the whole session they made sure to keep me informed. I was extremely happy with the service. I love Ms. Shermaine is now a part of my forever family.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I did not have a pleasant experience and will not ever return to this dentist again. I am a patient of Dr. Stevens of many years, therefore I am thoroughly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence I experienced today. I initially consulted for braces a few weeks ago, but was told instead that I would get X-rays for invisalign trays upon arriving to the visit to get the braces. I was initally slightly upset because I just wanted it to be over (and as a teacher did this in the summer to not have to keep taking off), however, I trusted Dr. Steven's expertise. It took over an hour to complete the X-rays, I paid the $1800 deposit, and was given another appointment date for today, August 4.
When I arrived at the Lilburn office, the receptionist (who has not a clue about anything going on), was confused as to why I was even there. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went back. I was told about 2 minutes later to go back to the front where I was informed that my trays did not come. When asked why a simple phone call was not placed, no response other than we can reschedule and they "should come back in a week". I am a school teacher who CANNOT keep coming back with no guarantee of the trays being made available. Because the "office manager" was not at the location, I asked to speak to Dr. Stevens who REFUSED to come from the back (though there were no other patients there) to get clarity on the whereabouts and my trays but most importantly MY $1800 deposit for them. Though annoyed, a simple conversation was all that was needed so that I feel comfortable moving forward.
I no longer want to move forward and requested a refund which of course "can only be discussed with the office manager" (who also was "on lunch and unavailable" ) when I called the Stone Mountain office. I WILL NOT take off again. And I HAVE contacted my legal services if a refund is not granted expeditiously. As a courtesy to your patients who spend large amounts of money, you will continue to lose long- term patients with your unprofressionalism. Hence, why my other family members stopped coming. Very upset.
