Go somewhere else. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Pretty terrible experience there. I believe I was lied to and experienced terrible communication. Equipment seems outdated. Lady seemed to be in a bad mood and made me uncomfortable. Insisted she knew better than everyone.

The main dentist has very shaky hands. The fish tank is nasty brown. Wait was long during my previous appointment. Overall I don't think this is a facility that I can trust to perform good honest dental work. There was a younger man with a gold watch possibly related to dentist he was nice and respectful to me at least.

The worst dentist establishment I have ever been to. They saw me despite claiming I was not covered under my insurance, even though they were on the list under my insurance. They did a simple exam and took a few ex rays, conned me into getting the panoramic e ray which is more expensive. Sent my visit bill immediately to a collection agency. Anytime I tried to call this office # no one answers the phone, then a random number will call you back claiming they are the front desk or the son.

Their “front desk” person is so rude and hung up on me, not to mention she called me on Christmas Eve demanding I make the payment. Hung up on me and threatened to just send this bill to the collector. Refused to even respond to my complaint how my insurance sent me a list of dentists and they were on it. Also failed to communicate with me that they never sent out my claim. Didn’t get one phone call and like I said no one ever answers their phone at that “office”.

I found a better dental place in Lagrangeville, who communicated what my insurance would and would not cover, did not con me into getting expensively pictures taken just to stick me with a large bill. This stone ridge dental is extremely deceiving and dishonest! Do not go here. They just want to extort you for simple exams, do not communicate about their insurance policies or who the accept and do not accept. The front desk is extremely rude and they do not answer their phones.

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I was told by my daughter's pediatric dentist that she needed to see an adult dentist to do crowns on two of her adult back molars. I called around to find a dentist that accepts my kid's insurance and ended up making a consultation appointment with Stone Ridge Dentistry. Our first appointment was on October 5th, 2024, the appointment was at 11am and we weren't seen until 11:40am. My 7 year old daughter was seen by Rafaela Rodriguez. As soon as we walked into the office, she told me she couldn't treat my daughter because she was 7, even though when i called to make the appointment i told them her age and that we had a referral from her pediatric dentist. She was extremely rude right from the get go, which put me on the defensive. I asked her if she would at least look at the teeth and xrays we had sent over. She agreed and then it was all about the money because, for some reason, she was convinced insurance wouldn't cover the work even though it hadn't been submitted. She put it through the system and decided to agree to do the work at a following appointment, but the entire first meeting was off putting. She was confrontational, continued to speak over me, and was just generally rude. Fast forward to this morning, November 9th, 2024 we had a 9am appointment for my daughter to receive one crown.

This is a kid who, unfortunately, has had a decent amount of dental work done and gets very anxious about it. We've had a few different dentists over the years due to changes in insurance and one bad experience at another dentist, but all have allowed me to sit with my daughter and hold her had while she's getting work done. Rafaela Rodriguez was her (i can only assume) normal self upon seeing us, immediately curt and rude. As soon as we walked in, she asked how i would pay because insurance rejected the claim. I said i was willing to pay today, or do a payment plan if they allow it. It's very clear money is the most important thing to this dentist office. Then she told me i would have to leave the room while she worked on my kid, but - not to worry - the random dental assistant would be there with her. I expressed my concern, and my daughter was already visibly upset because she knew she'd be getting novacaine and drilling done. As i said, i have always been allowed to sit with her during things like this. She refused to even listen to this request and within the next minute told me should wouldn't treat my child because i was being rude, she didn't "like my energy" and we had to leave. She told me everything i was saying to her was being recorded. Great! Let's hear all the audio, Rafaela! I tried to talk to other staff that were there and no one would talk to me.

Rafaela Rodriguez is a bully. She should be ashamed of the way she talks to people, and the fact that she had no empathy for a scared 7 year old that wanted her mom in the room says a lot about her. Then when i was gathering our stuff to leave, she continued to speak loudly at me and follow me out into the waiting room. I walked outside with my kid, but then realized i didn't know her name, so i walked back in to ask the lady at the desk for the dentist's name. Rafaela Rodriguez came back out into the waiting room, with another staff member, and he was videoing me on his phone. I explained i was only back to find out her name so i could report her to the dental board, and she yelled me out of the building. Luckily, they have have a sign with the dentist's names outside the back door, so i snapped a photo. I will be reporting her to the dental board and anyone else who will listen. Absolutely unhinged behavior from a person who has no business interacting with the public.

*Si eres latino aléjate de aquí, estas personas se aprovecharán de ti y solo les importa tu dinero* Terrible place! Just like other reviews say, all this family cares about is money. It all started when I brought my fiancé for a wisdom tooth extraction. She had to get a total of 4 removed. Before the first extraction, I called to make an appointment and to make sure it was covered by insurance and they said yes. When we showed up, they brought her to the back and injected her with local anesthesia.

After they had done that, the lady that with the Gucci glasses comes out and says to me “It’s not covered by the insurance because the insurance covers by tooth number and the first one isn’t it”. OF COURSE they leave that out on the phone call. She then says or you can pay out of pocket which will be $1,000. I had no other choice to pay because I wasn’t going to leave my fiancé with a numb mouth. That was the first bait technique they pulled on us.

Probably should have never went back, but not many dentist offices don’t take her insurance and also they said the next 3 would be covered. The second extraction went okay, the older dentist that works there should have retired by now as he shakes like there is an earthquake going on in the office. We went back for the third extraction, my fiancé once again had local anesthesia injected and she’s in the back for more than 30 minutes, the lady with the Gucci glasses comes out and says to me “ It’s more deep than the other ones and we injected the max amount of local anesthesia we can inject to a patient” We can do a different type of anesthesia but it will be $600! Or we can stop and can go see Surgeon? Are you serious? Is that even legal? In the end they performed an extraction that a dental surgeon should have done in the first place but never said anything because once again, money is all they care about! This place needs to be investigated.
