After being a client of Stone Square Dental of more than 20 years I will no longer use them as my Dentist. I won't be recommending them either. July 2023 I had a routine cleaning that turned into a nightmare. Due to the hygienists negligence, which was confirmed by another Doctor I got an infection that required surgery and several rounds of antibiotics. Luckily my own family Doctor and the ENT/Plastics surgeon were on the ball resolving this very serious situation. Due to the location of the infection/abcess it could have migrated to my brain resulting in death.

Jeff was less than forthright in providing the required information so that a claim could be submitted to their Insurer. It was also at this time that it was discovered that Stone Square is owned by a Third Party. Their Insurer has also been giving my Lawyer the runaround. Jeff also breached the Privacy Act resulting in a lambasting from a family member. Accountability at its lowest.
