There wasn’t anything wrong with how I was treated and the level of care they provided. However, they suggested a long list of procedures worth over $11k worth of dental work. Thankfully I went to a different dentist and had a second opinion. I was recommended to do only 2 procedures with the grand total being just over $88. Please do due diligence before committing to treatments/procedures.

The front office ladies are friendly and explain all charges in detail. Nichole, my hygienist was gentle and let me know exactly what she was doing which eased my mind. Dr. Nelson was friendly and conducted a no pain at all filling. Great team work and they genuinely care for their patients.

I’ve been going to Stonehaven since I’ve moved to Provo and I’m so glad I do! The hygienists, dental assistants, and Dr. Neilson are all so kind and make an effort to catch up with me each time that I’m in.

Dr. Nielson and Whitney talked me through everything when it came to getting my crowns in prep for my wedding and I’m so glad I didn’t go to anyone else because they did a phenomenal job!

Provo Stonehaven dental is a great place to get your teeth done. I have been going to the Lehi office for sometime, but we moved to Provo and the switch was very seamless. I called and made an appointment. They got me in the next week. When I came, it was very friendly. They sent me an online application so I could fill out all my forms ahead of time. They were very timely with their appointment and x-rays and everything that they have to do for a new patient.

And I felt like I was treated fairly and the staff was very friendly. Their prices with our insurance were great too. Very satisfied with my experience. Also, they have birds in the lobby. Coolest thing ever.
