This is in my opinion a top notch team. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists were very friendly and professional. Dr Michelle was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this dental team.

Painful experience with 2 hygienists. Latest one just rushed through the appointment. Got water running down my neck and pulled the floss through my teeth when it got stuck like she was sewing pants. If the floss went up it can mostly likely come down or at least take a little time. Gums are sensitive and you shouldn't scrape at them like a frosted windshield. A little accuracy would go a long way.

After the first hygienist I spoke with them hoping I could get someone more cautious. That lasted one session. I've been to places where they are sensitive to their patients and considerate like anticipating when you'd need to spit. Time for me to find a new place because I can't go back for more trauma.

My husband and I were so impressed with their warm welcome, and our detailed new patient exams that ensured that every tooth & gums were x-rayed for a baseline to assist in making a personalized health dental plan going forward.
