I've needed a dentist for a while now, but was too afraid to trust anyone that was unknown or anyone that wasn't referred. So finally I called Stony Island Dental best decision I could have made. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Dr. Abdelrahim Ala is gentle and make sure that his patient is calm and relaxed.

My experience here was the best they take walk-ins on Saturdays from 9 to 11. I was in terrible pain for a whole week tooth number 18 had to be removed however I went somewhere else. They told me I needed a root canal so just imagine being in pain for a week when the tooth could’ve been removed a week ago however I just would love to thank Stony Island dental for not only pulling my tooth Cleaning my teeth and giving me feelings no pain at all the Dentist was very nice and he smelled so good.

I would recommend everybody check them out.

Yesterday, I came in as a walk-in and I was happy to hear that they accepted Countycare! I saw Dr. Dawoud he explained what needed to be done and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I'm scheduled to come back in a couple of weeks to finish the rest of the work. So far as is well and I appreciate the service I'm receiving, thanks!

Rah The RefleX

I most recently went to Stony Island Dental to have a couple of teeth pulled. Let me say this first, I'm an older guy and I have been fortunate to have never had to go to a dentist in my life prior to this moment with the exception of getting a deep cleaning and whitening. So, to experience my first real dental service at this point was different. First, the interior of the office was clean and well decorated. It was inviting without being too busy. The dental assistances here are very professional and polite.

No rudeness and very timely. I appreciate that greatly. Secondly, the dentist. He was very personable and took great care in doing the extractions. He explained what he had to do, and he made me feel comfortable with the service. It wasn't painful (much lol) but, the mild discomfort was not at all based on the dentist.

It was based on the situation with the tooth itself but, he quickly rectified it and it was a very smooth procedure. I highly recommend this location. A quality location, great staff and a more than competent dentist on the Southside of Chicago.
