Dr Stowell dental practice environment is very clean and wholesome the staff is very professional and courteous. The environment is very welcoming they make you feel comfortable and do great work definitely happy to have an encountered a great dental practice environment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stovall’s for around 20 years & can’t say enough good things about both her and all of the staff in her office. I moved across town years ago and continue to make the drive because I trust that I am in good care.
Over the past few years I’ve had several procedures done in her office including recent implants, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend her office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Although I did not get to see her on my last visit, I love Dr. Stovall. She is the only reason I continued to come to this office. However the front office staff can be very rude and condescending. My last visit was a teeth cleaning appt.
I was unaware I had to pay upfront for a cleaning, which is preventative care and always covered at 100%. I’ve never in my life had to in the past. My employer changed insurance companies this year, and despite the insurance carrier confirming this office is indeed in network, I was told after my visit I must pay. When I told her I was not prepared to pay, she displayed a “better than thou” attitude. She was rude, short, and tried to tell me I had filed a claim in the past but I have never.
And unfortunately, this was not my first negative encounter with the front office staff; but again I continued to come because of Dr. Stovall. However, no matter how great a provider is, an office will eventually lose customers with staff of this type. Beware!

This is the best group of people I go see twice a year. Everyone is happy and laughing and taking care of their patients. Dr. Stovall and staff deserve many thanks from me and everyone else who uses the practice. Love to all of you and more cranberry bars for Christmas!!
