I was a patient of Dr Artl so I thought give the new Doc a try. Her staff is friendly, Dr K isn't as personable as her staff but I could live with that because staff being so nice. So when I went for my cleaning the office girl asked if I was going to pay the rest of my bill and I told her I would pay when I returned home and sorry I kept forgetting to do it. The staff looked at each other like sure you will.

When I got home someone from the office left a voice mail that lets just say wasn't very nice and implying I don't pay my bills like I was a piece of garbage (I had already paid half the bill). If that person would have asked me to call her back I would have told her what happened (one of my children has had 3 surgeries in the last 3 months and the bill wasn't something I was thinking about) I would have just paid the rest and been done with it but instead she just assumed I was apparently trying to stiff them. I have always paid my bill with them so I don't understand why they went there so fast. Maybe the office should find out what's up and be more compassionate to their patients before jumping to conclusions.

I cancelled my next appointment,it had me so upset and embarrassed. You would think maybe after I voiced how upset I was and cancelled my appointment maybe the Doctor would have called to explain their side, but no. Shame, shame on you.

Love Dr Kinkopf and her staff! Her office is warm and inviting, and you can really tell she cares for her patients. I’ve moved out of town but I still go see Dr Kinkopf. Highly recommend her and her staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
