I’m rating this place one star because of the staff’s customer service. I spoke to a rep by the name of lilah. I was being very kind to her on the phone however she decided to Express to her coworkers how horrible it was speaking with me before hanging up the phone. That was very rude and not professional. I would never recommend this place to anybody. They are not genuine.

After recently relocating to Ohio, I was in dire need of a dentist. Becoming a new patient was a swift process with Lila. She was so informative and helpful on the phone and just as sweet in person. Dr. Eapen is a wonderful dentist and very caring about patients. I’d definitely recommend everyone to come here.

I recently visited Strongsville Family Dental, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. Dr. Eapen is absolutely wonderful.

They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of my treatment and answered all of my questions with patience and care. I appreciated how Dr. Eapen made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and checked in frequently to ensure I was doing okay. The hygienist was also fantastic, gentle yet thorough with the cleaning, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The entire team at Strongsville Family Dental truly goes above and beyond to make you feel like a priority, not just a patient.

I highly recommend Strongsville Family Dental for anyone looking for top-notch dental care in a friendly and professional environment. Whether it’s for a routine cleaning or more advanced treatment, I know I’m in great hands here.
