Why anyone has given this place 5 stars is beyond anything i could comprehend. I had my first appointment today at 5 o'clock. I got a confirmation voice mail two days ago. When I got into the office at 4:55 the staff had coats on and were ready to go home for the day. They said because I didn't call back, they weren't sure that I was coming.

They welcomed me to fill out paperwork and come back another day. At this point, I was frustrated. I told them that If they were canceling my appointment, that I would not be back. The dental hygienist complained about "having to clock back in" as it was obviously a huge inconvenience. As she was taking off her coat, she was mumbling curses about "people" under her breath.

There was absolutely no way I would allow this woman to clean my teeth at this point. The staff was clearly angry that their patient kept their appointment. I listened to this voicemail for the second time today, and at no point in the voicemail did they mention that they would cancel my appointment if I didn't call back. I would not spend my money with anyone who treats their customers this way.

I had my first appointment with these ladies today..Dr. Suda and Maureen are a great team! I have never felt "comfortable" in a dentist office before. They made that happen! And not only for me but 11 month old baby too. I would highly recommend this practice!
