I wish zero Stars was an option. Office called to confirm our appointment for tomorrow. Which I thought was friday. And I was going to cancel today anyway. The girl on the phone was very rude. And said we would be charged a $25, and immediately changed and said $75 no show fee. Well, we're not a no-show we are canceling. My husband has a job where he cannot make it.

And I explained no one told us of this fee. She continued to be rude. And stated that "she doesn't know if someone told us or not. " Well, I'm the customer and I'm telling you that no one told us this. It really shouldn't be a big deal. I called back to complain to a manager. The same woman answered the phone. Her name is Tisha.

She said she was the office manager. I said well who is above you, there's no one else in charge? She said "um the doctor", with an attitude again. If I receive a bill, I will be taking legal action. I did not sign any documentation and we were new patients to this practice. Very extremely unhappy with the treatment.

Currently a pt, everytime I go it’s at least 45 minutes waiting til I see anyone. Plan ahead. Very disorganized and scattered.

Sally is an angel. She made me feel very comfortable, I have dental anxiety (if that’s a thing lol) and throughout the entire process, I felt as though her most important focus was on my, my health, and my comfort. She explained everything to me along the way. What I thought was going to be a horrible day turned out to be the best part of my day.

Dr. Lewis was personable and also great with his bedside manner. 10/10

I was a new patient Suburban Dental and I only had my teeth cleaned there once and every time I go to call and leave a message it seems that nobody there answers the telephones and I have to keep calling back and leaving messages and nobody's still calls me back and then once in a great while someone will call me back. Why can't deal with this anymore I need a dentist that I can rely on and call if I got a problem so now I'm going to be going somewhere else I don't need this frustration.
