Finally had a good experience, first day appointment was canceled for being 15-20 mins late early morning due to traffic. Over all they need to provide more customer service attitude and not blaming the patient paying. Finally 3 weeks later extraction and post opp visit went well. Dr. Lee is indeed a good surgeon.

I cannot say enough good things about Sugarloaf Periodontal & Dental Implants! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. I wish I had caught all the ladies’ names because every single person, from the dental assistant to the front desk team to the office manager, was absolutely amazing. Their customer service is top-tier, and the environment is so welcoming and calming. I came in feeling extremely anxious, but after interacting with the staff, I felt completely at ease.

They took the time to answer my questions, made me feel heard, and treated me with genuine care and compassion. The office is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a homey, peaceful vibe. It instantly helped ease my nerves. Even though I’m still a little nervous about my upcoming procedure, I genuinely look forward to coming back because I know I’ll be in great hands.
