I only had a short visit for a gum concern. First time there- everyone was very nice. Dr Allen was great to ease my anxiety and let me know there was no problem. Will be setting appt for cleaning next. Sue is a customer of mine and recommend where she worked becasue she loves it there. I found the recommendation to absolutely accurate. Will be back!

This is the first time I had an appointment to see Dr. Allen for an infected tooth. I was in pain. When I called her office, I was immediately given an appointment to see Dr. Allen that morning. Then I received a patient information form through email to be filled out. I did not pay attention about time while filling out the form, hence I was late for my Appointment. It was very nice of Sue, from the front office called me on the phone to alert me for the time, and Dr. Allen was kind enough to still accept me for the appointment even I was late for 40 minutes.

I was very grateful for their kindness and consideration. Dr. Allen was pleasant and personal during our conversation. She was vey gentle and thorough during her examination of the teeth. She found cavities in my teeth that my previous dentist had not found them. My first time experience with Dr. Allen and her staff was beyond my expectations. I was very impressed with the SummerHills Dental.

I forgot to make an appointment for my 3 month cleaning. From the start Sue the receptionist help me by getting me on a waiting list for cancellations. Two days later she call with a cancellation which I took, as I needed a cleaning within 8 days due to the fact that I am having surgery and will be down for about 6 weeks. I need cleanings every 3 months due to periodontal disease. I have been having this done for the past 30 years and been able to keep my teeth. I have experience with hygienist - good and bad.

The hygienist is extremely good! She cleaned my teeth and got to areas that were causing me issues. Bottom line - one of the best jobs I’ve had in 5 years since moving to Las Vegas!!! She is great. The dentist help me out 6 months ago when a crown came off. She gave me a thorough check and glued it back on. She said we need to watch a couple of areas where a cavity had developed and a crown was needing watching. Next time I will be needing them fixed.

The team here is fabulous and work as just that a team. Cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommended if you want great care.

Phenomenal dentist and staff. I trust Dr. Allen implicitly to make the best decisions regarding my dental health. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I'd strongly recommend her to everyone.
