Everyone was nice. Got seen in a timely fashion. I was supposed to get a copy of a health plan for my teeth. I did not receive one. My teeth cleaning is planned for a couple weeks. Which works for me. Thank you

Pros: The dentist and hygienists are very kind/knowledgable. Cons: Reception staff is unhelpful, defensive, and rude when asked questions about price transparency and discrepancies when it comes to pricing of services/billing. Unfortunately in my experience the poor communication skills from the receptionist team highly outweighs the pros of this office because it is such a big contrast from how the dentists/hygienists interact with the patients. It's not worth it being spoken down to, to visit this practice.

Experience: Initial visit was quoted a price for services for future visits. Came for future visits, one was charged the original price. The following was charged a different price. When asked about the pricing difference after the fact, I was told that their prices had increased, and they are not at fault because I signed a treatment plan for the visit.

Although let me be clear it was never communicated to me that there was an increase in pricing for the visit, just handed a paper of the breakdown and apparently expected to know that the pricing had increased, and since there was no explanation of a change in pricing from what I was initially quoted, I just assumed I was paying the same price for what I was initially quoted. Feelings: Taken advantage of, duped, and confused.

Dr. Vagadia and staff are always friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate that I never have to sit and wait for my appointment. They are quick and efficient. I'm very happy with my care at Summit Dental.

Very disappointed: long time patient with this group; recently transferred offices to be closer to home. Routine care ok but paid for CT scan completed in February (to assess whether I am a candidate for implant); it is now June and still don’t have results despite repeated requests. Am just told by office manager that Dr. V “has seen results”.

When asked for copy of scan/report (I am a physician), told that wasn’t possible. Plan to establish with a new dentist.
