The very best dentist and staff that I have ever experienced. A special note of appreciation for Dana, my hygienist. She is very caring and extremely proficient. I actually look forward to my cleaning appointments. She is always positive and answers all my questions and concerns. The office staff is also wonderful.

Sunrise Dental was great to me before they switched to some terrible corporation. They just seem so money hungry. now Wanting to collect every single little cent. Don't get me wrong, the staff's wonderful. From Dr. Seto to her assistant Wendy to the front desk Hanna there they're the best. But dealing with the so called "Office Leader" has given me nothing but nightmares. I believe her name is Daisy or some flower name.

I understand the office was bought out by some corporation but there is just no way you are really billing me for some treatment that was done back in 2020! That was over 5 years ago. I've been a loyal customer here for so long and honestly if I would have known about my balance when the balance first showed up on my account I wouldn't have mind to pay it. But now I'm just getting harassed by all these text messages and emails about a balance that I must pay. Getting an answer from this office is impossible. When you do get an answer, its nothing but cold "I don't care" tone from the "office leader" . I was told "Sadly this is your true balance that has to be paid". According to the office leader my insurance denied some treatment that was done back in 2020 Sunrise Dental, you were great but honestly I'm going to find some other office. The prices went up as well.

I've been paying $80 for my cleaning and with exams and x-rays I would pay $150-$180. Now its $340?! On top of that they are pushing for exams and x-rays even if they are less than 6 months old. Talk about wanting my money. If you don't have insurance they will push you to sign up for some dental savings plan they office for $120 which by the way the plan doesn't include cleanings being covered, instead its 50% off. Do yourself a favor and find another office to go too. I just feel like they don't care and just want the money from the patient and your insurance. Find yourself an honest, well managed dental office please and thank you.

recently visited Sunrise Dental for a routine check-up. The staff was efficient with the X-rays, and that part of the visit went smoothly. However, I was surprised to learn that they would not perform a standard dental cleaning—a service I have received consistently for the past 48 years. Instead, they insisted on a “laser cleaning,” which would cost $200 out of pocket.

When I told them I wanted a regular cleaning, without the “optional” laser they refused - it was utterly shocking and weird. I had never heard of laser cleaning for routine dental care and was even more surprised to find out there is no substantial long-term evidence supporting the efficacy of this method over traditional cleaning. I was left questioning whether this upsell was truly necessary or just a way to push an expensive procedure. If you’re considering Sunrise Dental, I would recommend asking clear questions about their cleaning methods and whether traditional options are available.

Be prepared for additional costs if they suggest laser treatments, and do your own research to make sure it’s right for you.

Gigi and the dentist and her staff were absolutely amazing! My husband needed an emergency visit due to a tooth injury and they were able to see us last minute on a Saturday and Gigi was able to look up my insurance all within short notice. The peace of mind and care we got was priceless and I can’t thank them enough! The office is also beautiful and clean.
