Much of the work I've received has resulted in unpolished work that resulted in discomfort for months after procedures. Most recently, the work that I had done was completed with no care and consideration for aesthetics. When I brought this to the attention of staff they denied the issue, and when pressed, did a rush job of making things "a little bit better" etc. The dentist had already removed his lab coat and didn't bother putting it back on to "fix" the issue.

I felt that the work I received was rushed and not completed with care and consideration for the aesthetic appearance of my smile. Further, during my dental work, the dentist and hygienist were discussing another patient's dental work and they used his name (HIPAA violation).

Dr Kwon was very professional and helpful with explaining the dental jargon the common folk like me don't fully understand. Referred me to a brilliant specialist for my root canals instead of just doing them for a paycheck. Can't remember the name of the hygienist but he was also awesome and very friendly. Hard to find people like this and restored my trust in dental workers. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so! I am very happy to have a dentist I can trust and one that makes visits quick, easy, and painless. The entire staff is very friendly, the office is warm and welcoming, and they do great work with my teeth! I know I'm in good hands with Sunrise Dental!
